To get started follow the 3 steps outlined below.



Click Here for information on how to update your client. Online support is available for questions you may have. Click on the Icon at the top right of the screen.
STEP 1. Register Online
Click the SIGN UP button below. Accounts should be setup  Firstname_Lastname  or FirstInitial_Lastname. Don't forget the underscore between the first and last name. 

Thin Client Operators - Thin client operators need to only register. The Spark application is already installed on the servers. Go to Step 4 to answer additional questions.


STEP 2. Download Spark and Install (COMPUTER USERS ONLY!)
Click on the Download Now! icon below. When the download starts it will ask you to Open or Save the application. Select  open to start the installation. When it is finished there will be an icon called Spark.exe on the computer desktop.

STEP 3A. Connecting to Openfire via SPARK IM applet
Accessing Spark IM service on both the computer and thin client are identical. Just l double clicking on the Icon as shown to the left which is located on the desktop of your system.

Server - remember to add the Server Address: spark.mdjsupport.com


STEP 3B. Connecting to Openfire via SPARK Web Access
Accessing Spark IM service is as easy as typing in the following URL address in your web browser.
